You may return or exchange most new, unused items sold by Heavenisbetter.com with 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange based upon availability. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original packing and include a copy of the original sales invoice and indicate a reason for the return. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, prior to 30 days, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
- Return merchandise must be in original bought condition.
- We cannot accept COD returns.
Exchange Processing
- Exchanges processed prior to 30 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Christmas Return Policy
During the Christmas Holiday Season we will extend our General Return Policy to accept, new, unused items sold by Heavenisbetter.com through January 31, 2010 for a full refund in accordance with the above refund procedures.
